About the Role

- Essential: advanced culinary skills, proven leadership experience, and Permanent Resident visa eligibility.

- Salary range: competitive within the $90,000 to $110,000 per annum bracket.

- Location: within a scenic coastal area in Current South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate all kitchen functions including supervising and mentoring staff.

- Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and hygiene compliance.

- Efficiently manage inventory control, ordering, and stock levels.
n
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

- Develop and refine menu items, including specials, reflecting customer preferences and seasonal availability.
