About the Role

As Service Leader, you'll:

- Lead and support a team of educators to deliver engaging, high-quality programs

- Build strong relationships with children, families and the school community
n
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
n
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and child-safe practices
n
- Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
n
- Mentor and develop educators to help them thrive

About You

n

We're looking for a confident and collaborative leader who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children, families and educators.

n

You'll have:

n

n
- A Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
n
- Experience leading or mentoring teams within OSHC, Early Childhood Education or a related setting
n
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
n
- Experience supporting quality improvement, compliance and service operations
n
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing
n
