As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Heavy Plant & Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
n
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Plant & Equipment Operator with experience in operating large-scale machinery. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and have a strong work ethic. This is a full-time role, offering stable employment and the potential for long-term growth within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Operate heavy machinery including:
n
25T-35T Loaders
n
20T-38T Excavators
n
Perform pre-start checks and general maintenance of equipment
n
Ensure safe and productive operation of machinery in accordance with company procedures and WHS standards
n
Assist with yard duties and material handling as required
n
Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members to meet operational goals
n
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the worksite
n
Requirements:
n
Proven experience operating heavy plant equipment (loaders and excavators).
n
Understanding of secure work practices and WHS regulations
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments
n
Reliable transport to Bringelly yard
n
Working Hours:
n
Full-Time: 10-12 hour days, Monday to Friday
n
Flexibility to work weekends as required
n
