About the role
n
The Clinical Neuropsychologist provides and coordinates an effective, high quality clinical neuropsychological service to community dwelling patients in the Georges River and Bayside local government areas.
n
Your main duties will include:
n
n
- Neuropsychological assessments for people over 65years or disorders related to aging
n
n
Selection Criteria:
n
n
- Minimum two year full time (or part-time equivalent) APAC-accredited Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Neuropsychology and current full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist with endorsement in clinical neuropsychology (or working towards same),
n
- Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge of neurological diseases of older persons, clients with impaired capacity and knowledge of legislation applicable to individuals with such impairments
n
- Experience in the neuropsychological assessment of older adults, interpretation of psychometric data and provision of neuropsychological assessment reports
n
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, organisational skills and time management skills.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as independently
n
- Demonstrated computer literacy with ability to learn new systems easily
n
- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah
n
