About the Role

n

We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Client Administrator & Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team.

n

This is a client-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — from answering phones and managing communication to supporting compliance, administration & client onboarding.

n

This is a full time role, but the hours can be flexible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Answer incoming calls and manage client enquiries
n
- Manage ATO correspondence and assist with lodgements (BAS, IAS, PAYG,



etc.)
n
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
n
- Assist with company setups and ASIC compliance
n
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
n
- Support Pod Managers and Accountants with day-to-day admin
n
- Follow up outstanding information and keep workflows moving
n
- AML Compliance
n
- New Client Onboarding
n

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- A confident communicator who enjoys working with clients

- Accounting firm experience
n
- Proactive and willing to learn
n
- Reliable and follows through on commitments

- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
