Thoughts Australia is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist participants in Ararat / Ballarat, focusing on palliative care, safety and dignity. You will collaborate with clinicians and coordinators to implement care plans and maintain detailed documentation.

We offer high hourly pay with penalties for weekends, nights and public holidays, plus ongoing training and 24/7 on-call assistance. A supportive, inclusive culture and adaptable rostering are provided.
