Takes pride in keeping a clean and organised kitchen

Available Friday and Saturday nights - this is essential

This position may include

Assisting with food preparation and service

Cooking and plating meals to a consistent standard, depending on experience

Supporting chefs during busy lunch and dinner services

Preparing ingredients and maintaining stock levels

Maintaining a clean, organised and protected kitchen

Washing dishes and kitchen equipment when required

Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures

Assisting with opening, closing and general kitchen duties

Working efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy services
