Key responsibilities

Conducting thorough client consultations and assessments to understand individual needs, goals and concerns

Developing personalised treatment plans based on each client's presentation and treatment goals
n
Delivering high-quality remedial massage using a range of appropriate techniques
n
Providing professional, compassionate and client-centred care
n
Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
n
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and supporting client retention
n
Working collaboratively with other practitioners within the clinic to support coordinated client care
n
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, hygiene and workplace safety

Participating in team discussions, meetings and relevant professional development opportunities

About you
n
Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification
n
Current professional association membership and appropriate insurance
n
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology and remedial massage principles
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
