This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate travel business where you'll manage everything from domestic and international travel to group movements, sporting programs, events and VIP experiences.

THE ROLE

n

Working as part of a lively and close-knit team, you'll take ownership of travel arrangements from the initial enquiry right through to post-travel follow-up.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings end-to-end
n
- Coordinate group travel arrangements for schools, clubs, sporting organisations and other groups
n
- Book flights, accommodation, transfers and additional travel services
n
- Manage complex itineraries and ensuring all travel logistics run seamlessly
n
- Provide a high level of service to VIP clients and special travel groups
n
- Use your destination and product knowledge to recommend the best travel options
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
n
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
n
- Negotiate and secure the best possible travel solutions
n
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
n
- Providing pre-, during and post-travel support when required
n




- Occasionally travel domestically and internationally to assist with group programs and VIP experiences
n

THE MUST HAVES

n

To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced travel professional who loves delivering exceptional service while working in a fast-paced environment.

n

n
- Previous travel consulting experience
n
- Strong GDS skills, ideally Sabre – candidates with another GDS will be considered for conversion training
n
- Confidence managing domestic and international itineraries
n
- Strong sales, upselling and negotiation skills
n
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to juggle multiple bookings, deadlines and priorities
n
- Excellent destination and travel product knowledgeA proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
n
- A genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding experiences
n
