Your day‐to‐day will include:

n

n
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and admin processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
n
- Working across HR systems and recruitment platforms to maintain accurate records and keep processes running smoothly
n
- Liaising with candidates to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience
n
- General HR/Recruitment administration tasks
n

n

What you'll need to succeed:

n

n
- 2 years of experience working in recruitment with strong administration skills
n
- HRIS experience (Employment Hero experience preferred)
n
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Commitment to grow and develop your recruitment skills over the course of 6 weeks
n
- The ability to begin ASAP
n
