Roster

- 7 On / 7 Off roster
n
- 6:00am ? 4:30pm rostered shifts
n
- On-call responsibilities in line with operational requirements
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support and supervise daily workshop operations alongside the team
n




- Assist with servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and complex mechanical issues
n
- Allocate jobs, manage priorities, and ensure workflow efficiency
n
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and hands‐on support to technicians and apprentices
n
- Participate in breakdown response, field service callouts, and on‐call duties
n
- Maintain strong safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards within the workshop
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
n
- Demonstrated experience in a senior trade, leading hand, or workshop supervisory role
n
- HR Licence (preferred)
n
- Strong technical knowledge across diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs
n
- Sound understanding of compliance requirements and maintenance practices
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
n
- Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
n
- A proactive, can‐do attitude with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
