Role Overview

n





As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you will:

n

n
- Lead a Team: Oversee and support a team of 3-5 Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering professional development
n
- Manage a Tailored Caseload: Maintain a reduced caseload focused on your preferred specialty areas
n
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team, including Speech Pathologists, to deliver comprehensive client care
n
- Serve Diverse Clients: Provide services to both NDIS and private clients, with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration
n
- Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic-based work and the option to work from home
n

What you will need

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
- Full AHPRA registration
n
- Unrestricted Australian Working RightsPrevious experience providing supervision
n
- WWCC or ability to obtain one
n
- Minimum 2 years of postgraduate experience
n
