One of our companies, Active OHS, is looking for Rehabilitation Counsellor.

Active OHS is a rapidly growing occupational rehabilitation company with excellent team support and direct mentoring from our Professional Services Manager. We are a team of Allied Health Professionals who appreciate the work each of us does to make a difference for our clients. With our head office based in Sydney CBD, New South Wales, we service Sydney Metro as well regional New South Wales. We specialise in Workplace Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention Assessments including ergonomic assessment and fitness for duty assessments, WHS Consultation, Outsourced Return to Work Coordinator Services and deliver Training packages.

THE ROLE

We are searching for Rehabilitation Counsellors to join our positive and friendly team. If you are interested in part-time or sub-contracting work,

We are looking for someone who has:

- A background and a degree in Allied Health; Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with relevant registration / membership e.g. AHPRA, ASORC / RCAA
- Experience in or a strong understanding of workplace rehabilitation services within NSW Workers Compensation scheme
- Experience with Vocational Assessments and Labour Market Analysis (LMA)
- Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
- SIRA accredited
- Driver’s Licence (& reliable car with insurance)
