We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator/Customer Service to join our team in Sumner.

This is a long-term, stable position with regular Monday to Friday working hours. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys a friendly warehouse environment and is comfortable dealing with customers.

About the role

- Operating a forklift for loading and unloading goods

- Picking and preparing customer orders

- Assisting customers with pickups and loading their vehicles

- Receiving and organising stock

- General warehouse duties

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Providing basic customer service and communicating with customers

About you





- Reliable, punctual and responsible

- Good spoken English and able to communicate with customers

- Forklift Licence preferred

- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience preferred

- Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Looking for a long-term and stable position

Steel or metal industry experience is an advantage but not essential .
