The Filler Piece specializes in high-end project delivery and site installation, bridging the gap between detailed manufacturing and flawless on-site execution. We are looking for a motivated, newly trade-qualified Installer ready to back themselves, refine their craft in office, and grow with our business. You will work across high-end residential joinery installs and commercial fit-outs, refining your on-site problem-solving and installation craftsmanship with direct support.

Key responsibilities

- Install kitchens, laundries, bespoke residential joinery, and commercial fit-outs
- Read and accurately interpret shop drawings, layout plans, and site specifications
- Perform on-site check measures, leveling, scribing, and minor site modifications
- Identify and solve basic site issues early, keeping clear communication with management




- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional site environment

About you

- Trade Qualified: Cert III in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, or Carpentry (Newly qualified tradespeople welcome)
- Current valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Basic hand and power tools suited for site installation
- Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and pride in clean finishes
