Job Description
Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated coordinator to act as a central point of contact for screening and assessment of young people and families referred to the service, and to coordinate service provision to help clients access appropriate support.

You will build partnerships with government and non-government agencies, engage diverse stakeholders, monitor activities and outcomes, and advocate for timely access and service delivery, applying ethical, child-centred practice.
