Phoenix Source & Select Pty Ltd due to continued growth and multiple open roles, are now looking for a dedicated, experienced Recruitment Consultant to drive the permanent recruitment function.

Based at our Jamiesontown office, this role is a full 360 desk – ability to drive your own activity and direction and the opportunity to thrive within a National organisation.

About the Role

n

You will:

n

n
- Manage, support and grow your own perm desk
n
- Focus predominantly on either blue or white collar placements (or both) with the prospect in time to specialise and drive towards specific sector
n
- Source, attract, interview and place – quality candidates
n
- Develop strong client and candidate relationships
n
- Drive sales and business development activity
n
- Represent the Phoenix Brand with honesty, integrity and utmost Professionalism always
n
- Ensure adherence to administration and compliance requirements
n




- Implement and execute creative sourcing and marketing strategies
n
- Contribute and promote to team culture
n

- Previous recruitment experience
n
- Strong communication skills both internal and external
n
- Commercially savvy with sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent time management along with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
