About the Role

n

We're currently hiring multiple mower operators, brushcutters, and garden maintenance crew members for ongoing commercial work across the Sunshine Coast region.

n

Preferred applicants will have:

n

n
- Zero-turn & out-front mower experience (highly regarded)
n
- Strong brushcutting and edging skills
n
- Experience with pruning, hedging, weeding, and chemical weed eradication
n
- Confidence using standard landscaping tools and small machinery
n

n

Key Duties

n

n
- Commercial mowing (zero-turn & out-front)
n
- Brushcutting, edging, and general turf maintenance
n




- Garden bed maintenance – including weeding, pruning, hedging, and mulching
n
- Weed spraying and plant health management
n
- Safe operation and basic maintenance of machinery
n

n

You'll Need

n

n
- White Card (Construction Induction)
n
- Open car licence (no interlocks or learner permits)
n
- Reliable transport to depot or site
n
- Proficient in English (for safety communication)
n
- Physically fit, punctual, reliable and ready to work in all weather
n
- Ability to follow direction, lead by example and safely contribute to a team environment
n

Preference given to those with:

n

n
- ACDC Certification
n
- TMI / Traffic Control or other relevant tickets
n
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or related qualification in landscaping, parks/gardens, or turf management)
n
- Prior experience in commercial landscaping or council contracts
n
