As a Trainee Educator at Seeds Early Learning Centre Ballina, you'll help create a kind and mindful setting for children. From meals to outdoor play, your creativity and care will shine. You'll collaborate with a team of dedicated educators, providing engaging learning experiences for children. Safety is a priority, as is tidying and cleaning.

About you

- No prior childcare experience required
n
- A heart full of enthusiasm and love for children
n
- A friendly demeanour and unwavering reliability
n
- A knack for creativity and infusing fun into learning
n
- Uniforms, Working with Children Checks (WWCC), and First Aid

- Comprehensive in service training, events and professional development
n
