HD Automotive is seeking reliable and detail focused Dispatch Pick & Packer to support daily outbound operations in a fast paced auto-parts e-commerce warehouse.

You'll play a key role in accurate picking, careful packing & preparing orders for dispatch. To ensure customers receive the right parts on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick automotive parts and accessories using pick lists
n
- Verify order accuracy - confirm each picked item matches the order by completing visual SKU & quantity checks and validating items with a handheld scanner
n
- Pack items to company standards, ensuring correctly labelling, protective packaging and readiness for dispatch
n
- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock in line with warehouse procedures
n
- Meet daily pick rate targets in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment
n
- Liaise with team leaders to report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
n




- Comply with WHS/OH&S; policies and safe manual handling practices
n
- Assist with stock takes and cycle counts as required
n
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workstation and surrounding area at all times
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
n
- Strong attention to detail — getting the right part to the right customer matters
n
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20–25 kg
n
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
n
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
n
- Automotive knowledge (bonus but not required)
n
- Basic computer literacy; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners is an advantage
n
- Previous pick & pack, warehousing, or logistics experience (solid advantage but not essential)
n
- Current forklift licence (LF/LO) advantageous but not essential
