With a large PM team and approximately 1500 + properties under management, they're adding another experienced set of hands to support the department.

THE ROLE

n

This isn't your traditional portfolio management position. You'll float across the Property Management team, providing additional support wherever it's needed.

n

Your day could include:

n

- Providing relief portfolio coverage
n
- General Property Management
n
- Leasing support
n
- Assisting the BDM team




n
- Administration and overflow support
n
- Stepping in when team members are on leave or need additional assistance
n
- Working across PropertyMe
n

ABOUT YOU

n

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who:

n

n
- Has strong all-round Property Management knowledge
n
- Can confidently step into different situations and hit the ground running
n
- Is organised, adaptable and happy to help wherever needed
n
- Enjoys being part of a larger, team-oriented team
n
- Still enjoys Property Management but may be ready to move away from carrying their own portfolio
n
