Job Description

Western Health is seeking a visionary Nurse Unit Manager to lead our 30-bed subacute GEM and specialist Dementia Support Unit at Sunshine Hospital. The role focuses on person-centred care and building a high-performing, supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will drive continuous quality improvement, manage unit resources and budgets, and mentor ANUMs and nursing staff. Applicants must be an AHPRA-registered Nurse with senior Dementia and Acute Aged Care experience and solid leadership and
