KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a large team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
n
- The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
n
- The liaison between client and sub-contractor
n
- Assisting in the development of the project instructions
n
- Maintaining communication with superiors and subordinates
n

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Trade qualification as a Carpenter
n
- Experience in the Commercial & Residential sectors
n
- 3-5 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering similar projects
n
- Positive man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive direct and sub-contract labour
n
- Highly skilled in OH&S;
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively
n
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
n
