The Reject Shop is seeking an HR Operations Lead to run the day-to-day of our employee relations and industrial relations advisory team. Based in the Kensington Store Support Centre, you will lead two Employee Relations Advisors and influence how HR support scales across 415+ stores and four distribution centres.

You'll bring solid ER/IR experience, stakeholder management skills, and a generalist HR background to drive policy, process redesign, and major HR projects as we grow to 700 stores.
