We are looking for an experienced Claims Platform Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major Claims Platform Transformation Program involving a modern cloud-based claims platform and complex enterprise integrations.

n

Mandatory: Strong Insurance Claims domain experience

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own and lead the overall test strategy and integrated test plan for the Claims Platform transformation.
n
- Establish and manage the program-level testing function and operating model.
n
- Lead System Testing, SIT, Integration Testing and End-to-End testing across the claims platform and enterprise applications.
n
- Coordinate API/interface testing and complex system integrations.
n
- Plan and oversee UAT, business validation and stakeholder sign-off.
n
- Manage testing activities across implementation partners, vendors and internal technology teams.
n
- Lead defect triage, quality risk assessment and resolution tracking.
n
- Define and monitor test metrics, quality dashboards, risks and issues for program governance.
n




- Coordinate performance, security, resilience, accessibility and compliance testing.
n
- Own test exit criteria and release readiness assessments.
n
- Support Go/No-Go decisions, production verification and post-release/hypercare quality activities.
n

Mandatory Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong Insurance Claims / Claims Management experience
n
- Proven experience as a Test Manager / Program Test Manager / Test Lead on large transformation programs
n
- Strong SIT, Integration and E2E testing experience
n
- Experience with Claims platforms / Claims transformation programs
n
- Strong Test Strategy, Test Planning and Test Governance experience
n
- Experience managing UAT and business stakeholders
n
- Robust defect management and quality risk management experience
n
- Experience coordinating vendors / system integrators / implementation partners
n
- Strong release readiness and quality reporting experience
n
- Experience working with cloud platforms and enterprise integrations
