- Provide L3 support for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
n
- Manage Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, PIM, Identity Protection, and Identity Governance.
n
- Support Azure AD Connect, Active Directory, ADFS, and SSO integrations.
n
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, access, and synchronisation issues.
n
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust identity security controls.
n
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
n
- Support security audits, compliance activities, and platform optimisation.
n
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Application teams.
n
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on Azure AD best practices.

A successful candidate should have:





n

n
- 6+ years of hands‐on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) experience.
n
- Robust expertise in Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, PIM, and Identity Protection.
n
- Proven experience supporting hybrid AD / Entra ID environments.
n
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSO, and identity lifecycle management.
n
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
n
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust, IAM, and identity security best practices.
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills within large enterprise environments.
n
- ITIL experience and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
n
- SC-300, AZ-104, or AZ-500 certifications highly regarded.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams.
n
- Effective communication skills to provide clear documentation and training.
n
