Food Production Officer & Packaging Officer

La Stella Latticini is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team in hands-on cheese production and packaging operations. We are actively developing team members into future Supervisors, Product Leaders, and Production Managers.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and handling fresh milk
n
- Operating milk pasteurisation systems
n
- Coagulating and cutting curd
n
- Stretching and forming soft cheese
n
- Moulding and preparing cheese for packaging
n
- Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
n
- Overseeing packaging lines and team members
n
- Ensuring correct labelling, sealing, and product presentation
n
- Maintaining GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practice) compliance
n
- Conducting quality control checks
n
- Supporting efficient and safe production flow
n
