Little Grommets Early Learning Centre in Tweed Heads provides nurturing care for children from 6weeks to 6years in a safe, engaging environment. Our play-based programs support each child's growth and development through indoor and outdoor learning experiences. We value strong connections with families and a warm, supportive community. Role Requirements

n

The opportunities have become available for a studying ECT and Diploma Educator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will need:

n

n
- studying towards a Graduate Diploma (ECT)
n
- a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (Educator)
n
- a current and valid Working with Children Check
n
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
n
- experience with the NQF, NQS, & a sound knowledge of the EYLF
n
- an ability to interpret curriculum documents
n
- effective oral and written communication skills
n

n

Key Role Responsibilities

n

n
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten or studio program.
n
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
n




- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
n
- Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
n
- Participate in professional and personal development.
n
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
