Experienced Graduate of Architecture | Brisbane

At Mega Recruitment we are currently working with a highly regarded, established architectural practice in Brisbane looking to add an experienced Graduate of Architecture to their team.

This opportunity would suit someone who has built solid project experience since graduating and is now looking for a role where they can continue developing as a genuine architectural all-rounder.

n

You'll be working across complex, design-focused projects, with exposure to typologies including retail, residential and other similarly detailed project sectors. The ideal person will be confident moving between different stages of a project, comfortable working within a collaborative team and able to contribute meaningfully from design development through documentation and delivery.

We're looking for someone with approximately 4–5+ years of post-graduate architectural experience who has developed a strong technical foundation and is confident working in Revit.

You don't need to be pigeonholed into one particular area. In fact, this role would suit someone who enjoys being involved across multiple aspects of a project such as design development, documentation, coordination, detailing and working alongside consultants and senior project team members. The ideal person for us would have had exposure working across, retail, multi-residential or similar typologies. What matters most is that you have had genuine hands on project exposure and can demonstrate a good understanding of how architectural projects come together.

In the role as an experienced Graduate of Architecture, we are seeking someone with the following experience:

- 4–5+ years of post-graduate architectural experience
n
- Strong and current Revit proficiency — essential
n
- Recent Australian architectural experience
n
- Experience across retail, residential or similarly complex project typologies
n
- Strong documentation and detailing capability
n
- Experience coordinating with consultants and broader project teams
n
- Good design sensibility paired with practical technical skills
n
- A proactive and collaborative approach
n
- A Bachelor or Master of Architecture
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

This is a role for someone who wants to continue building depth across both the design and delivery sides of architecture, rather than being limited to one small part of the project process.

Applicants must be currently based in Australia, have current local Australian architectural experience and hold full working rights in Australia.

Due to the level of local project knowledge required for this position, overseas applications will not be considered.

You'll be joining an established architectural practice with a strong reputation and the prospect to work on interesting, complex projects with real design and technical substance.

For a Graduate who has already built a solid foundation and is looking for broader project exposure, stronger delivery experience and the opportunity to keep progressing towards registration, this could be an excellent next move.
