- Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week
n




- Exceeding customer expectations by anticipating their needs and delivering a warm, outstanding and consistent service
n
- Building and maintaining a world class cocktail list with access to some of the world's best spirits
n

We're looking for a Bartender who:

n

n
- Has strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Has knowledge and passion for classic cocktails
n
- Enjoys working independently or as part of small diverse team
n
- Has previous experience working in busy cocktail bar or hotel bar and who understands what's involved in a beverage operation at this level
n
- Can actively listen and communicate effective with colleagues and customers
n
