An experienced legal secretary role supporting a partner's team within a leading national insurance firm, working across personal injury, public liability, professional indemnity and health matters in Brisbane. This is a genuine long-term career path, not a stepping stone to fee-earning work.

What you'll be doing:

- File management, opening current matters, archiving closed ones, and making sure records are always accurate.
n
- Running monthly billing, chasing outstanding debtors and pulling together reporting.
n
- Drafting and sending correspondence, and getting court documents filed on time.
n
- Putting together briefs for counsel, medical experts and other specialists ahead of key dates.
n
- Coordinating diaries and travel, booking appointments and keeping the team's schedule on track.
n
- Providing broader admin support to keep the team running smoothly day to day.
n

What you need:
