About the role

n

Little Village Therapy is looking for a warm, curious and collaborative Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Sutherland.

n

You will support children and families across a range of ages, strengths and support needs. The role includes individual therapy, assessments, parent collaboration, school consultation and opportunities to participate in group programs.

n

We want our clinicians to feel supported to think deeply, keep learning and deliver meaningful therapy without feeling like they have to figure everything out alone.

n

Key responsibilities

n

- Deliver neuroaffirming, relationship-based occupational therapy
n
- Plan and provide individual and group-based intervention
n
- Complete functional assessments, collaborative goal-setting, reports and clinical documentation
n
- Work closely with parents, educators and other professionals
n
- Support children across clinic, home, preschool and school environments where appropriate
n
- Participate in mentoring, team meetings, case discussions and professional development
n
- Contribute ideas and share knowledge within the team
n
- Manage a sustainable caseload and work toward agreed billable expectations
n

You will also hold, or be eligible to hold, AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, along with the required working-with-children, police and professional checks.
