Key responsibilities

- The Manager - WAVES, Systems is responsible for leading the development, implementation and delivery of effective systems for the hazard of work-related aggression and violence.

- The incumbent will be responsible for a agile, responsive and cross-functional team, who will provide advice, project management and stakeholder engagement to enable the achievement of strategic objectives.

What you need

- experience in leadership and management including Performance and Development Plans (PDPs), recruitment, work planning.
n
- an understanding and experience in legislative processes, cabinet submissions and other public service workflows.

- Desirable Qualifications and Experience.
