Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our well-established fencing business. This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and high security fencing projects across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

n

Manage multiple fencing projects from estimating, award, start up, installation through to completion.

n

Travel frequently to project sites to oversee operations and meet with clients.

n

Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and materials.

n

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

n

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

n

Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.

n

Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

About you

n

Proven experience in project management within construction, fencing, civil, or infrastructure industries.

n

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

n

Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.

n

Current Driver's License.

n





Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including regular overnight stays.

n

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

n

Comfortable spending significant time on the road, managing remote projects, and undertaking overnight stays when required.

We are a well-established fencing business with 32 years of industry knowledge, a solid client base, modern facilities and systems. We have a team of dedicated project managers and estimators that collaborate and assist each other in quoting, tenders and site queries. We operate a customized ERP system for quoting, project management and scheduling, and have a full time contract administrator and OHS Officer to assist with tender selection, tender submission, contract execution and site SWIMS. We also have in-house manufacture, Powdercoating and delivery capabilities.
