We are looking for female support workers to assist a participant in the Ballarat Region
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to a Female Participant
- Must have experience with Complex mental Health issues
- Must be experienced with MS
- Support the participant in and out of her wheelchair so manual handling is mandatory
- Manual Handing required
- Provide a calm approach to challenging situations with the participant
- Support the participant with key Behaviour Strategies
- Support the participant in feeling confident
- Work as part of a team
- Record adequate goal-oriented shift notes
- Liaise with the team leader to ensure the care of the participant is goal-oriented and meets the key elements of the support plan.
About you
- 2+years Experience is essential, with specific experience required for SIL High Intensity Participants
