About the Role

n

Reporting to the Gaming Supervisor, you'll be the face of our gaming floor. Your role is to ensure a safe, engaging, and smooth experience for all members while supporting venue operations.

n

Roster: Must be available across a 7-day roster.
n We have two pattern options: AM/Day shifts or Night shifts – please specify your preference in your application.

n

Our gaming floor can be fast-paced, especially on the weekend nights and Broncos home games, so confidence during high-volume periods is essential. You'll also be on your feet - standing, walking the floor, and completing light lifting as part of your daily duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, skilled, and attentive customer service.
n
- Assist members and guests with gaming and TAB enquiries.
n
- Uphold RSA and RSG requirements at all times.
n
- Handle cash and transactions with accuracy and care.
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment.
n
- Support teammates and contribute to the overall success of the venue.
n
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of gaming operations, TAB, and everyday venue procedures.

About You

n

n
- Over 18 years of age.
n
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in gaming venues, including hands-on TAB experience.
n
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Organised, reliable, and confident in fast-paced environments.
n
- Calm under pressure; leads by example and supports others.
n
- Adaptable, hands-on, and happy to help wherever needed.
n
- Strong attention to detail and committed to compliance.
n

Must-Haves

n

n
- 2+ years proven gaming venue experience (including TAB).
n
- RSA and RSG certifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster (AM/Days or Nights).
n
- Comfortable with busy service periods, standing/walking, and light physical tasks.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
n
