Job Description

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive hands-on paid media and SEO/SEM initiatives across Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok. You will manage day-to-day spend, optimise campaigns, and push for robust ROAS and higher website conversions.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to define strategy, allocate budgets, and set KPIs, while coordinating with in-house creative teams to test and iterate ad concepts for maximum impact.
