Job Description

Ensign Energy is seeking a Safety and DOT Compliance Fleet Manager to oversee U.S. DOT/FMCSA compliance, driver qualification files, and fleet records.

You will work with operations, safety, maintenance, and field leadership to ensure vehicles and drivers operate safely and in full regulatory compliance. You will drive audit readiness, on-time documentation, and continuous improvement of safety programs, while balancing regulatory demands with practical field support.
