Stellar Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person, who thrives under pressure and is team-orientated, to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for a Practice Nurse who is passionate about patient care and has excellent communication skills.

The Role

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

n

- Wound care
n
- Recalls and Reminders
n
- Triage management
n
- Immunisations
n
- Chronic Disease management
n
- Health Assessments
n
- Treatment room assistance as required
n
- Patient education, support and building links to the community
n
- Stock maintenance and ordering
n

n





Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration.
n
- Current CPR
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
n
- Commitment to providing a high level of care.
n
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
n
- Computer literacy- Best practice software
n
- Previous experience within General Practice is not essential.
n
