As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll support nursing students through their placements, helping them develop practical, hands-on skills they'll carry into their careers. About You
n
We're after RNs who are confident in their clinical ability and get genuine satisfaction from developing others. You'll need:
n
n
- A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
n
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
- A Bachelor of Nursing
n
- Completion (or current enrolment) in the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles short course
n
- Robust communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across clinical teams, educators, and students
n
- Solid written skills for student assessments and documentation
n
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment, previous teaching or facilitation experience, or a completed preceptorship.
