The Opportunity:

C2O Group is currently seeking Mechanical Engineer - Commissioning to join our team working on a commissioning scope on a Mining project in Queensland on a 2:1 roster. Key Responsibilities:

n

- Develop and execute commissioning procedures, test packs, inspection plans and check sheets
n
- Commission equipment including pumps, compressors, conveyors, crushers, tanks, piping systems and other process equipment
n
- Carry out functional testing, performance testing, pressure testing and equipment inspections, ensuring systems meet design and project requirements
n
- Work closely with construction, engineering, electrical/instrumentation and operations teams to identify, troubleshoot and close out commissioning issues
n
- Manage punch-list items, defects and commissioning documentation, supporting the protected handover of completed systems to the client and operations team

About You:

n

Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have proven experience working within the mining industry, with a strong background in mechanical commissioning
