Job Description

We are seeking Electrical Leading Hand responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical work on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of electricians and apprentices comprised of MPA personnel and sub-contractors, providing guidance, support, and hands-on expertise. You will also be required to help out on the tools with smaller task leading up to the start of the major construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
n
- Provide leadership and support to a team of electricians and apprentices.
n
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
n
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
n




- Maintain a record of materials onsite and ensure stocks remain available for the continuation of the project.

You will be:

- Qualified electrician with a valid license.
n
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
n
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
- Valid C class driver's license (preferably manual).
n
