Civil Electrical Infrastructure | Full-Time | Up to $50/hr + Penalties

An established civil contractor is seeking a motivated and versatile Combo Operator to join our growing team delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects throughout the Caboolture to Sunshine Coast region.

Our client is looking for...

n

A reliable, safety-focused operator who is equally comfortable behind the wheel of a truck, operating machinery, and rolling up their sleeves to assist the crew on the ground. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a team workplace and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work every day.

About the role

n

n
- Full-time position with ongoing work.
n
- Civil construction works within electrical infrastructure projects.
n
- HR truck driving duties across multiple project sites.
n
- Excavator operation, including trenching and earthworks.
n
- Digging and working safely around live underground services.
n
- General earthworks and excavation activities.
n
- Assisting with manual labour and supporting field crews as required.
n
- Working across projects from Caboolture through to the Sunshine Coast.
n




- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and company standards.
n

What you'll bring / requirements

n

n
- Current HR Licence (essential).
n
- Demonstrated experience operating excavators.
n
- Bobcat VOC highly preferred.
n
- HIAB experience highly preferred.
n
- Experience working around underground utilities and live services.
n
- Civil construction experience, ideally within electrical infrastructure projects.
n
- Strong understanding of safe work practices.
n
- Ability and willingness to undertake manual labour when required.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
n
- A positive attitude with genuine pride in your work.
n
