AG Height Safety QLD is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to join our Sunshine Coast branch.

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing crews, and ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including:
n
Managing schedules for installs, dismantles, and site visits
n
Coordinating labour, equipment, and job priorities
n
Liaising with clients onsite (non-financial)
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
n
Supporting crews onsite when required
n
Working closely with administration to maintain accurate job updates, compliance, and documentation
n
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
n
Minimum 2 years' scaffolding experience
n
Basic Scaffolding Ticket (minimum), with a willingness to progress to Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolding. AG can support you in achieving further qualifications.
n
Solid hands‐on Kwikstage knowledge
n
Ability to read and interpret gear lists and plans
n
Experience basing out
n
Solid compliance and WHS knowledge
n

n

Experience
n
Experience within the domestic construction market is essential.
n
Commercial construction experience will be highly regarded.
n
Confident phone manner and communication skills

Experience working in fast‐paced environments
n

Ladder beam experience
n
Spurs and gantry systems
n
Working safely in and around live power line environments
n
Ply hoarding installation for power line protection
