Qualifications & experience

- Experience working at an A grade commercial building
- Familiar with and knowledgeable about MS Office products
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Must be punctual and responsible
- Knowledge in security systems
- Strong multi‑tasking abilities and customer service skills
- Must hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Must hold a current security license with class 1A and preferably 1E
- Must be well groomed and presented

Key Responsibilities





- Greet guests and customers warmly and professionally at a reception desk
- Notify relevant personnel promptly of visitors' arrival
- Answer, screen, and forward calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Accurately capture and relay messages
- Follow procedures to maintain security and workplace health and safety
- Conduct building patrols and checks
- Assist building manager with various tasks
- Manage maintenance contractors
- Assist with planning and coordinating tenant events and communications
- Ensure lobby facilities and common areas are tidy and well‑maintained
- Report incidents, hazardous conditions, and emergencies immediately

Tasks & responsibilities

- Concierge and Security
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems
- Locking and unlocking of building
- Act as Chief Warden during emergencies
- Check site safety and functionality
- Issue keys/cards and IDs to staff and contractors and Program access cards
- Control access to the site and assist tenants and visitors with information
- Internal patrols
- Set rosters available with a great work/life balance
- Multiple sites across Macquarie Park, Rhodes, Chatswood and Sydney CBD
- Part‑time & Casual positions available
- Award pay or above with all entitlements
