Collarcare is seeking experienced and reliable Cleaners to join our aged care team in Wagga Wagga, NSW . You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining areas, and other facility areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Work respectfully around residents and staff
- Complete cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard

About You

- Previous cleaning experience, preferably within aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial environments




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working around elderly residents
- Flexible and available to work various shifts

Compliance Requirements

Tier 1 compliance is required before commencing. This may include:

- Current police check
- Working rights in Australia
- Relevant mandatory training
- Infection control training
- Flu vaccination / COVID-19 requirements, where applicable
