Are you a self-motivated Technical Business Analyst with experience in complex transformation programs and comfortable working in delivery phases? If so, we'd like to hear from you.

A major transformation program is underway to modernise core operations across a large, asset-intensive organisation. This initiative focuses on improving the end-to-end customer journey, from order capture through to service delivery, by connecting multiple enterprise platforms within a highly integrated environment.

The program is entering critical delivery stages, offering the opportunity to contribute to a complex, business-critical implementation that is reshaping operational processes and system capability at scale. Monthly travel to Brisbane required, plus 1-2 weekends of work per month until December, with overtime or TOIL available.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Lead gap analysis and refine requirements during late-stage delivery, ensuring alignment across business and systems

n

Translate business processes into transparent user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications

n

Partner with delivery,



integration and business teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes

n

Support UAT from a BA perspective by guiding business validation and resolving requirement queries

n

Facilitate workshops and effectively manage complex stakeholder groups across business and technology

n

Proactively identify risks, dependencies and gaps, driving resolution through structured governance

n

You should have the following skills and experience:

n

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex, multi-system transformation programs

n

Strong technical mindset with exposure to DevOps tools, data analysis and Excel

n

A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the ability to operate with minimal direction

n

Demonstrated strength in process analysis and identifying gaps in delivery phases

n

Experience supporting UAT and resolving requirements-related issues

n

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage challenging environments
