Major road & transport infrastructure program

Lead Primavera P6 scheduling, reporting & program controls

n

An exciting chance is available for an experienced Program Scheduler to support the delivery of a significant program of road and transport infrastructure projects. You will provide specialist planning and scheduling expertise to multidisciplinary project teams, with a strong focus on Primavera P6, program reporting and critical path management.

The successful Program Scheduler will be offered a contract through to 18 October 2028 with the view to be extended, based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, with flexible working arrangements subject to approval.

The successful Program Scheduler will be responsible for, but not limited to:

n

Develop and maintain detailed project and program schedules using Primavera P6.

n

Produce critical path, resource,



scenario and program performance reports.

n

Support multidisciplinary teams with planning and scheduling activities.

n

Train, mentor and coach project staff in scheduling practices and Primavera P6.

n

The successful Program Scheduler will have experience in the following:

n

Prior experience in civil construction planning and scheduling.

n

Advanced Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and scheduling expertise.

n

Road, transport and major civil infrastructure projects.

n

Construction scheduling, critical path analysis and technical reporting.

n
