Your New Role

n

As the Patient Support Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of Access and Support programs and guarantee the timely access to essential treatments. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, and internal teams, delivering clinical education, device support, and seamless program administration.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Coordinate and administer Patient Access (PAP) and Support Programs (PSP) across multiple areas.
n
- Assist physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals with account onboarding,



patient enrollment, and program management.
n
- Manage CRM database entries and oversee inbound and outbound patient communications.
n
- Provide clinical support, device education, and troubleshooting to enhance care delivery.
n
- Monitor quality, record accurate adverse events, and ensure full compliance with industry requirements
n

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Nursing (Registered or Enrolled)
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- High level of ethical judgment and familiarity with health policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
