MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking an experienced Head of Client Relationships to lead our national Client Relationships function and play a key role in shaping the future of our Corporate Markets business.

This is a senior, commercially focused leadership chance for a relationship executive who can combine strategic thinking, client insight, commercial judgement and strong people leadership to drive meaningful business outcomes.

You will lead a team of Client Partnership Leads and Relationship Managers, while working closely with senior leaders across Corporate Markets to strengthen client partnerships, identify growth opportunities and evolve our service and operating model.

What you'll do

- Lead the national Client Relationships strategy, aligning client priorities with broader Corporate Markets objectives.
- Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with key clients and represent the voice of the client across the business.
- Identify and drive opportunities for client retention, revenue growth, cross-sell, product expansion and improved client outcomes.
- Bring market insight and commercial perspective into business planning, product development and strategic decision-making.
- Lead strategic change and continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working and create a more connected, scalable client experience.
- Provide commercial oversight across revenue, budgets, forecasting, expenses and resource planning, contributing to P&L; outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end client service delivery, including onboarding, implementation,



ongoing service, commercial negotiations and escalations.
- Partner with Operations, Client Delivery, Business Development, Technology, Finance and other functions to deliver consistent outcomes for clients.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, building capability, succession pathways and future leadership talent.
- Maintain strong governance, risk management and regulatory discipline across the Client Relationships function.

About you

We are looking for a senior relationship leader who combines commercial acumen with a strong client and market perspective.

You will bring:

- Extensive experience leading strategic client relationships within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, with experience in Listed Registry, Investor Relations, Employee Share Plans or a related market-facing environment highly desirable.
- A track record of shaping and delivering strategic change within complex organisations.
- Strong commercial experience, including exposure to revenue, budgets, forecasting, P&L;, pricing and resource planning.
- Demonstrated success identifying and delivering growth opportunities across products and services.
- Significant people leadership experience,



including developing senior relationship professionals and building succession capability.
- The ability to influence at senior levels, navigate complex stakeholder environments and bring different teams together around common objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with sound commercial judgement and a focus on outcomes.
